Coconut Lime Fish Soup

1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  • Add onion, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper (if using).

  • Sauté until softened and fragrant (about 3–4 minutes).

2️⃣ Add Spices

  • Stir in cumin and turmeric.

  • Cook for 30 seconds to release aromas.

3️⃣ Add Coconut Milk and Fish

  • Pour in coconut milk.

  • Gently add fish pieces.

  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

4️⃣ Season and Garnish

  • Stir in lime juice and zest.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
