This simple air fryer method gives you tender whites and a perfectly cooked yolk — no swirling water or stovetop watching required.
🥚 Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 large eggs
-
Oil spray (ghee butter spray works great)

Salt & pepper, to taste
-
6 tablespoons hot water (3 per ramekin)

Toast, optional
🔥 Instructions

Preheat
Set your air fryer to 350°F (177°C) on the air fry/air crisp setting. Preheat for 3 minutes. -
Prepare the ramekins

Lightly spritz each ramekin with oil.

Rub the oil around the bottom and sides using your finger or a brush.

Pour 3 tablespoons hot water into each ramekin.

Add the eggs

Gently crack one egg into each ramekin (directly into the hot water).

Air fry
-
Carefully place ramekins into the air fryer basket or tray.

Cook for 5–10 minutes, depending on desired doneness (see chart below).
