1 small piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced

1 small handful Sichuan peppercorns

300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef

30 g (2 tbsp) bread crumbs

30 g (2 tbsp) crispy meat powder (or simply use more bread crumbs)
